Welcome to Swiftiepedia 💖

Swiftiepedia is a community-based wiki created by and for Swifties.

This is a living archive dedicated to Taylor Swift lore, facts, stories, theories, and fandom history — from albums, lyrics, and eras to Easter eggs, symbolism, concerts, and the collective mythology built by fans.

This is not an official site. Everything here is shaped, expanded, and maintained by the community.

The site is still under development, but you are free to contribute and build the site with us!

You can donate to help us work with this site, 13 USD - no more, no less ❤️

Swiftiepedia now has:

9 pages

2 active editors

IMPORTANT!

To contribute content, you’ll need to create an account first. This helps us keep the wiki organized, safe, and fun for everyone.

What you’ll find here

  • Lore – connections between songs, albums, lyrics, symbols, and narratives
  • Facts – verifiable information, interviews, dates, releases, and events
  • Stories – fandom stories, theories, interpretations, and moments
  • Easter eggs – hidden hints, patterns, and callbacks
  • Timelines & eras – how everything connects across time

All content can be edited, expanded, and refined by Swifties.

How to contribute

Anyone can contribute. The most important things are clarity, honesty, and respect.

Creating a new page

  1. Search first to check if the page already exists
  2. If not, start a new page by writing the address to that page in the URL field in the browser (e.g. swiftiepedia.org/index.php/Main_Page/eras/reputation)
  3. You can choose between the old editor, or a visual editor (you will be prompted). If you don't see the visual editor, you can choose this from the top-right side of the old editor.
  4. Use a clear, descriptive title
  5. Start with a short introduction (what is this page about?)
  6. Structure the page with headings
  7. Clearly separate facts from theory or interpretation

Tip: It’s perfectly fine to start with a short page. Others can build on it.

Work in progress notice

The site is still under active development. You may notice small inconsistencies or temporary quirks — for example URLs like index.php/Main_Page/, or unfinished styling. We’re actively working on colors, fonts, and overall polish.

This is version 1.0. It works, it’s live, and it’s meant to grow — but it’s not finished yet 🙂

Sources and citations

Swiftiepedia distinguishes between sources and fandom interpretation.

When you should cite sources

  • Interviews
  • Statements by Taylor Swift
  • Official releases
  • Articles, videos, or podcasts
  • Specific dates or real-world events

How to cite

  • Add references at the bottom of the page
  • Link to the original source when possible
  • If something is uncertain, say so clearly

Example:

This is a fandom interpretation and has not been confirmed by Taylor Swift.

Facts vs theory

This distinction matters.

  • Facts = can be verified
  • Theory / lore = interpretation, patterns, fandom analysis

Both are welcome — as long as they’re clearly labeled.

Editing and tone

  • Write clearly and inclusively
  • Avoid unnecessary drama
  • Respect different interpretations
  • Don’t present speculation as fact

Disagreement is okay. It’s part of fandom culture.

Final note

Swiftiepedia is a shared project.

The more people contribute, the richer the story becomes — together. 💫
